The Canty Vertical
Imaging Microscope offers the operator the ability to analyze any product type
regardless of intrinsic characteristics. The Canty system allows for global
directional adjustment of the illumination source, which is critical to proper viewing of
the sample. Solid samples will require direct front lighting, while transparent or
semi-transparent materials will utilize back lighting in varying degrees and directions to
obtain the best results.
The sample handling system features precision stages, allowing movement with 6 degrees of freedom and flexibility in sample alignment and viewing. The image sensor is a high resolution CCD device coupled to a micro-zoom lens system with sub-micron capabilities.The image is displayed on a high resolution monitor, which offers comfortable viewing by one or more scientists/engineers simultaneously. |

The Canty Solid SizerÔ particle size system offers the operator the
ability to analyze any dry, solid product for particle size distribution. The Canty Solid
SizerÔ
visually analyzes product and, using state of the art technology, provides a robust particle analysis by increasing sample
rates of product through the system. Product is presented to the vision source by the
internal handling mechanism in a way that maximizes particle definition and accuracy of results.
The vision/illumination system
features precision optics designed to enhance the image of your particles. The image sensor is a high resolution CCD device
coupled to a micro-zoom lens system. Correlation to screen and sieve analysis is
accomplished through the Vector NTÔ software, which allows the system to replace costly sampling as well as manual lab work. |
