Process Cameras

CANTY cameras are patented systems designed to illuminate and view inside a pressure or process vessel through a single connection. There is no need for multiple vessel ports. Canty supplies an integrally mounted camera and lighting system (optional) in a connection as small as a 2” connection. The Ethernet video output can be displayed on a computer in the comforts of a control room, or recorded on any DVR or hard drive. Various software capabilities are available to utilize closed loop control through OPC or 4-20mA outputs.

BIOCAM™ Sanitary Process Camera

The CANTY BioCam™ is uniquely qualified to view inside your fermentors and bioreactors and provides a continual control signal allowing the user to meter in antifoam. The BioCam™ is an Ethernet based imaging system which connects to the CANTY VCM™ image processor that determines the percentage of foam on the surface of the liquid. The foam control function allows for significant savings of antifoam, improves process performance in cell culture growth and eliminates the need for additional antifoam fluids in purification.

DIRECT INSERTION CAMERA

The camera is placed within the insertion tube reducing lens length and reducing loss of image quality. The increase quality is ideal for applications that need very high picture quality and that need insertions up to 36” (914mm) in length.

JET SPRAY RING

The CANTY Jet Spray Ring generates a high pressure vortex rinsing action to remove tough deposits from sight glasses, lights, and vision systems.
