A continuous galvanizing line (CGL) restores the mechanical properties of the cold rolled steel by heating the strip up to temperature then applying a metallic coating to it’s surface by dipping into a molten bath of Zinc/Aluminum. This improves the corrosion resistance of the steel strip. PARTICLES IN WATER

WFI is a high-purity water used as a solvent or diluent for injectable medications. It is produced to very stringent quality standards, with particulate matter being a key quality attribute. WFI must be essentially free of visible particles and have very low levels of sub-visible particles. Throughout this process it is vital to measure the count and viability of cells in a given volume to ensure the culture has maintained its target for growth and production.
