The CantyNet™ Pan/Tilt/Zoom Ethernet Control Module allows the user to control a Canty Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera using a single Ethernet cable via 10/100 Mbps or optional fiber network.
The Canty Thickness Measurement System provides online thickness measurements that will allow for further process control and productivity. The ability to understand the thickness of a material allows operators to know exactly when the optimal thickness has been reached, reducing any time spent over-processing products.
Eliminate costly maintenance for your belt scales!!! The CantyVision™ Volume Based Measurement System consists of a non-contact Ethernet camera that constantly analyzes product profile on a conveyor belt to produce an integrated volume with no maintenance required.
The single use vessel level system from CANTY allows operators to track the level inside a single use container by way of a camera, allowing for non-contact visual verification of the level. CantyVision™ software can output via 4-20mA or OPC to a PLC or DCS for complete control. The system utilizes the CANTY LED light with fiber optic bundle so the any size bag or container can be accommodated using the same system. The LED light is a cold white light with no heat transfer to the process so zero effect on the process conditions. Multiple control points can be set to alarm at various stages in the process.
Two high resolution GigE (gigabit ethernet vision) cameras enclosed in an IP67 temperature resistant full metal/jacketed housing cooled by either water or air. A unique orifice plate prevents debris from adhering to the lens, resulting in a clear view of the glass edge and ribbon at all times. Cameras come with a fully adjustable mounting system to allow for optimal camera positioning. Camera can be powered via PoE (power over ethernet) through a direct connection back to a Vector Control Module (embedded image processing system) with variable outputs for system control (analog, Modbus, OPC etc.)
