    The SHORT LOOP SAMPLER™ combines a sampling point with the INFLOW™ Particle Analyzer to deliver real-time concentration and particle size analysis of oil, water, sand, and gas. It enables operators to test multiple points with one analyzer, verify results in the lab, and continuously measure particles from 0.7 to 20,000 microns at 30 frames per second. Designed to sample from the process stream without product loss, it provides accurate PPM/PPB and size distribution for refining and drilling optimization.

    PROPPANT SAND- SOLIDSIZER

    The CANTY SolidSizer™ is a vision-based sensor used with the CANTY Vector System image processor for dry sand size measurement in a laboratory environment. The CantyVision™ Software accurately measures multiple aspects of the sand from area / perimeter / minor and major axis / etc.  In comparison to a sieve which measures only minor axis the CantyVision™ software can correlate directly to a sieve so the customer does not have to change any QC documents.  The SolidSizer™  can correlate within 2% of a sieve.  A typical sieve analysis takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes including cleaning and setup for a 70-100 gram sample.  On the SolidSizer™  that same sample takes less than 2 minutes.  Also multiple screen distributions can be setup to accommodate multiple customers or areas in the process, hence eliminating the need for multiple runs on the same sand for different size distributions.  After correlating to current methods of minor axis, customers find benefit in comparing minor axis to major axis and making sure the sand is round instead of needle shaped.  Reduce lab time and make sure production samples are not skipped over due to lack of sample time available!

    The Transportable INFLOW™ is designed for multi point site surveys, and testing or trouble shooting of any oilfield separation systems.   • INFLOW CART – EXPLOSION PROOF

    The EXP version operates similar to the Weather Proof version, with the added benefit of being Explosion Proof rated. The EXP enclosures do add some size and weight to the system, so it is mounted on a larger wheeled cart for increased stability. Configuration and viewing of the systems high speed image processor within the main enclosure, is performed via the units wireless capability using an EXP rated tablet.

    The compact cart design features a powerful image processor with integral touch screen display, which sits below the automated cleaning system. The INFLOW™ can be mounted to the back of the cart itself, or sit adjacent to the cart depending on the installation location.   • Froth Analysis Camera

    FROTH CONTROL SYSTEMS

    An Ethernet camera is used to provide the measurement image to a customer supplied PC.  The image from each camera is dynamically analyzed for bubble size, froth velocity and stability. CantyVision™ software is included with each camera.  4-20mA or OPC output to a PLC or DCS for complete automated control.

  • API SEPARATOR CONTROL

    API separators are critical devices designed to remove oil and suspended solids from the water stream before it is processed further downstream, primarily in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants. Separator outlets require monitoring to ensure sufficient separation is occurring. CANTY’s field‑deployable systems provide real‑time monitoring of the various separator points, along with visual verification for operators, eliminating the need to enter the field.

    CANTY’s interface control camera systems provide a powerful, cost-effective solution for measuring and reporting the positions of liquid–liquid and liquid–gas interfaces. The Gage Light Interface uses our advanced lighting and non-contact vision technology to continuously capture high quality video images of the interface sections through the vessel’s gauge glass. Each image is analyzed to determine the exact position of the interface, and this data is transmitted to a control system, enabling automated responses to changes in interface location.
